This policy explains what personal data Helmet Doctor collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Helmet Doctor, based in Skopje, North Macedonia.

What we collect
- Waitlist form: your email address.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Website analytics (only if you accept): an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie, the pages you view, approximate location, device and browser type, collected by Google Analytics.
- Server logs: your IP address and technical request data, recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the website.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- Waitlist: to email you when the first machine goes live near you. Basis: your consent, which you give by submitting your email and can withdraw at any time.
- Contact messages: to answer your request. Basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, and taking steps you ask for before a possible agreement.
- Analytics: to understand how the website is used and improve it. Basis: your consent through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time (see our cookie policy).
- Server logs: to keep the website secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
We share data only with providers that help us run the website, acting on our instructions:
- Namecheap, Inc. — web hosting and the mail service that delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside North Macedonia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider’s recognised data-transfer certifications.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist email: until we have told you about the launch or you ask us to remove it, and no longer than 24 months after you sign up.
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after our last message to you.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, as set in our Google Analytics account.
- Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at info@helmetdoctor.net. We will answer within 30 days.
Right to complain
If you think we handle your data unlawfully you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (Агенција за заштита на личните податоци), azlp.mk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
